Payments

We accept PayPal and credit card payments. Items will be sent once payment has cleared. For consignment and wholesale, chat to us at hello@wildwattle.com

Shipping

Free standard shipping within Australia.

Once payment has been made, we'll get your order together and ship it via Australia Post. We'll send it as a parcel, or, if it's too small, we send it registered so you'll always get a tracking number.

Although we usually send your order on either the same or next business day, it may take up to 5 business days for us to make, package, and ship your silver order (this is around 6 weeks for gold orders), and then another 3-5 business days for Australia post to deliver it.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery

Returns and exchange details

Returns and exchanges Terms and Conditions:

Australia-wide orders:
If you change your mind, or the item isn't what you thought, we gladly refund or exchange pieces that are as new, and within 30 days of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item and agree that it is in saleable condition, we will either refund the item, or offer store credit (your choice).

We are unable to offer change of mind returns for items over $400aud.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns or exchanges at this time. If your order arrived and it isn't as described, you may be eligible for a refund. Chat to us at hello@wildwattle.com if this is the case.
