We accept PayPal and credit card payments. Items will be sent once payment has cleared. For consignment and wholesale, chat to us at email@example.com
Once payment has been made, we'll get your order together and ship it via Australia Post. We'll send it as a parcel, or, if it's too small, we send it registered so you'll always get a tracking number. Although we usually send your order on either the same or next business day, it may take up to 5 business days for us to make, package, and ship your order (longer for ceramics), and then another 3-5 business days for Australia post to deliver it. Free returns Terms and Conditions:
If you change your mind, or the item isn't what you thought, we gladly refund or exchange pieces that are as new, and within 30 days of purchase. We cannot refund or exchange earrings of any kind, unless they arrived and they aren't as we described. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to chat about returning or exchanging a piece.
Any shipping costs that you may have paid to us at time of purchase will be refunded, and the cost of return shipping will be transferred to you once your refund has been approved, and your bank details have been given to us.
International orders: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns or exchanges at this time. If your order arrived and it isn't as described, you may be eligible for a refund. Chat to us at email@example.com if this is the case.
